New Book Released: Christology for Beginners

Thomas Overmiller (Brookdale Baptist Church) wrote this book to provide churches with a concise but comprehensive guide to the doctrine of Christ, ideal for personal, small group, and Bible institute use. “Many people, including believers, hold a deficient and shallow view of Christ,” says Thomas, “which we can remedy by examining first-hand what Scripture says about him.”
This seven-part, sequential study explores the eternality and preexistence, incarnation, personality and nature, life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Christ. It’s written in an accessible, readable style and each chapter closes with a set of questions ideal for personal application and reflection. This book appears as the fourteenth installment in the Grace Groups Discipleship Curriculum.
